Every Thursday - CDPHP Farmers' Market

Stop by for some of the area’s best produce, flowers, and specialty items from the region’s top farms. Open to the public, the CDPHP Farmers’ Market runs through October 2 and is located at our headquarters at 500 Patroon Creek Boulevard in Albany.

Free Classes at the Healthy Living Center

Visit the Healthy Living Center at the Hannaford in Albany to learn how you can take the first steps toward a healthier lifestyle.

The Healthy Living Center offers a variety of classes, programs, and workshops led by certified instructors, registered dietitians, and pharmacists from the YMCA, CDPHP, and Hannaford. Topics cover a wide range of areas, including fitness, nutrition, senior health, medication safety, disease management, and more. Membership is not required.
