CDPHP supports 'CPR Anytime' in Town of Colonie
CDPHP has partnered with the Town of Colonie to help fund a free CPR program for town residents at the Rudy A. Ciccotti Center. The Family & Friends CPR Anytime program was developed by the American Heart Association as a quick, easy and affordable way to learn CPR and practice it at home.
The program involves learning CPR in less than half an hour on a personal kit that can be taken home. The kit contains a head and shoulders “dummy” whose chest is used to learn compressions. It can be adjusted to simulate an adult or a child.
For more information on CPR Anytime, visit the American Heart Association Web site.
