CDPHP is committed to participating in government programs aimed at providing affordable health care for children and low-income families.

Select a plan that fits your needs

Child Health Plus This plan provides uninsured children up to 19 with insurance coverage.
Family Health Plus Qualifying adults and families who are not eligible for Medicaid can get coverage through this program.
Medicaid Select Plan We cover a full range of inpatient and outpatient benefits to Medicaid recipients.
