Health Funding Arrangements

Save Money As You Plan for Your Care

CDPHP offers three different health funding arrangement options. If your workplace offers any of these plans, you will be advised about it at the time of your enrollment. A health funding arrangement can help you offset your out-of-pocket health care costs and gain control over your health care spending.

Debit Card PIN Option
If you use a debit card for a CDPHP health funding arrangement (i.e., HRA, FSA, and/or HSA), you now have the option to retrieve a personal identification number (PIN) for your debit card, although this is not required. Find out more information.
