2009
CDPHP Selected as a Top "Best Place to Work" in New York
CDPHP has been selected one of the top 20 large companies to work for in New York for 2009 by the New York State Society for Human Resources Management and the Best Companies Group, an independent company managing Best Places to Work programs on state, regional, and national stages around the country. The program is supported by the following organizations: Right Management, Jackson Lewis LLP, and The Business Council of New York State.
CDPHP competed with companies statewide, and to earn this prestigious award, participated in a rigorous vetting process that consisted of evaluating each applicant’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics as well as surveying employees to measure their experience.
2008
CDPHP® Commercial Plan Top-Ranked in NYS

The CDPHP® HMO was the top-ranked commercial plan in New York state in a collaborative report entitled U.S. News & World Report/NCQA America’s Best Health Plans 2008®. Three CDPHP plans were also among the nation’s best: the health plan’s HMO was rated 14th in the country, while its Medicaid program, Select Plan, and its Medicare Advantage program, Medicare Choices, placed sixth and ninth, respectively. Scoring was based on several factors, including clinical quality, member satisfaction, and NCQA accreditation scores.
