CDPHP Corporate Compliance and Integrity program was instituted to ensure that all CDPHP employees are fulfilling their legal and ethical obligations to members, participating practitioners, and CDPHP itself.
One major component of the Corporate Compliance and Integrity program is employee training. CDPHP staff and its contractors are informed of their responsibility to follow all applicable government laws, regulations and internal corporate policies. They are also advised that it is their duty to report suspected fraud or non-compliance, including the submission of false claims, of any employee or contractor of CDPHP.
