Enrollment

How can I change employee records electronically for my clients?

Authorized staff members can securely log into the Secure Broker Site to update member information, such as name, address, and primary care physician. You can also order ID cards, view benefit details, and access downloadable forms and tips sheets. Your clients may also get access to the secure site. Learn more.

How can my client enroll and change employee records electronically?

You or your clients may make changes to an enrollee’s records (such as name, address, and primary care physician) via the Secure Broker Site. This user-friendly option enables CDPHP to receive changes quickly and securely. Learn more.

What paperwork needs to be submitted to enroll a new small group with CDPHP?

How do I gain access to the Secure Broker Site?

Complete a Broker Secure Access Request Form. Please indicate your preference for your user ID when you complete the form. To protect the safety and confidentiality of your login information, you will receive it in two separate mailings from CDPHP: 1.) confirmation of your new user name, and 2.) your password. How can I get access to use CDPHP i*Connect so I can quote small groups?

Call the CDPHP Broker Client Service Department at 1-800-993-7299 or (518) 641-5000 for assistance. Your username and password will be sent to you via e-email.

How do I know when to use the Secure Broker Site or CDPHP i*Connect?

Common uses for the Secure Broker Site:

  • View your book of business
  • Add/term subscribers and dependents
  • Update subscriber information (i.e., address, phone, PCP, etc.)
  • View small group rate sheets
  • View resources and current collateral about CDPHP products


Note: You must be listed as the broker of record (BOR) to access a group’s information. If you are a new broker, you must have sold a CDPHP group to obtain access.

Common uses for CDPHP i*Connect:

  • Create proposals and rate sheets for a small group
  • View side-by-side comparisons of benefits and rates of different plans
  • View small group rate sheets

Do I need broker of record (BOR) letter?

The only time a broker of record (BOR) letter is needed is for a group that is changing from one broker to another.

How do my clients find out if their doctors and/or dentists are in your network?

Use our Find-A-Doc tool to locate a doctor in our network or to see if your doctor is already a part of CDPHP.
