CDPHP Group Medicare Advantage Certification
Only brokers and agents who have successfully completed this test can sell CDPHP Group Medicare Choices products.
About the Test
- You must certify annually.
- There are 55 questions pertaining to our benefits and CMS compliance regulations.
- You must provide identification, including your name and NYS license number and expiration date.
- Successful completion is defined as a score of 85 percent or higher.
Note: There is a separate process to certify for Individual CDPHP Medicare Advantage products. The requirements are not interchangeable.
Preparing for the Test
You, as CDPHP brokers and agents, must demonstrate a clear understanding of all guidance, compliance, and product information pertaining to Medicare Advantage (Part C) and prescription drug (Part D) programs set forth by CMS.
