Gym Membership Reimbursement: Members can be reimbursed up to $240 annually for joining a gym. Plus, they can earn an additional $160 for participating at the gym – for a total of up to $400 in reimbursements!

Weight Watchers® Reimbursement: Members can receive a $65 reimbursement for completing 10 weeks.

Nutritional Counseling: This rider gives employees access to a registered dietitian, as well as nutritional counseling phone support for just a $10 copayment.

Vision Coverage
Options for vision coverage are available as a rider with most plans. Benefits include a combination of eye check-ups and various levels of coverage for eyeglasses or contact lenses.

And we make it easy to manage your coverage, as well. Members can access both dental and health benefits online via the secure member site.
