CDPHP offers you personal assistance and a variety of resources for coping with behavioral health issues. Please call us toll-free at 1-888-320-9584.

• If calling during business hours, you will immediately be connected to a clinical intake specialist who ask you some basic questions to determine your need, and connect you with the provider best suited to help you.
• If it is after-hours and need to speak with someone right away, simply call the number above and then press “1” to be connected to the Family & Children’s Service of the Capital Region CONTACT Lifeline.

You will immediately be transferred to a live, licensed mental health professional from CONTACT Lifeline. You can also reach the crisis line directly at 1-855-293-0785.

What is Behavioral Health?
Behavioral health is an umbrella term that includes mental health care and alcohol and substance abuse treatment.

What is the CDPHP Behavioral Health Network?
This is a network of behavioral health providers that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurses, clinical social workers, and substance abuse counselors. It also includes mental health and alcohol/substance abuse clinics, acute care hospitals, private psychiatric specialty hospitals, and alcohol/drug rehabilitation facilities.
