John D. Bennett, MD, FACC, FACP, Appointed To NYeC Board Of Directors

ALBANY, N.Y. – April 6, 2012 – CDPHP^® is proud to announce president and CEO, John D. Bennett, MD, FACC, FACP, has been appointed to the New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC) board of directors. In this role, Dr. Bennett will work to develop policies and standards to assist health care providers in making the shift to electronic health records.

NYeC is a not-for-profit organization working to improve health care for all New Yorkers through health information technology. Founded in 2006 by health care leaders, the goal of NYeC is that no patient, wherever they may need treatment within the State of New York, is ever without fast, secure, accurate, and accessible information.
