ALBANY, N.Y. – April 27, 2012 – For the fourth year in a row, CDPHP® has been named one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York. The honor was formally celebrated at an awards dinner in Albany this week, where CDPHP was among the state’s top 24 large employers to be recognized.
The award, which is given by the New York State Society for Human Resource Management (NYS-SHRM), is based on workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems, and demographics, as well as a survey that measures employee satisfaction. According to NYS-SHRM, organizations recognized with this award are an example that happy employees make for good business and drive the economy.
