Join New Jerusalem Home of the Saved Church and CDPHP Healthy Neighborhood for the 23^rd Annual Dr. Pamela J. Harper Community Block Party on Saturday, August 22, 2026.

This free event will feature complimentary food*, kids’ activities, and important health information! There will also be local vendors, live music, giveaways*, school supplies*, and health screenings.

CDPHP wellness consultants use their expertise to make a difference by providing wellness programing for CDPHP members.

To apply, complete the CDPHP wellness consultant application and email it to us. We’ll review your application and contact you if your services meet our needs. It may take from a few weeks to a couple of months for us to respond, depending on when your application is received relative to our planning schedule.
