CDPHP offers learning and skill development opportunities to provide employees with the tools necessary to succeed not only at CDPHP but also in future endeavors.
CDPHP Corporate Academy
Our learning and development offers a wide range of programs to strengthen professional, personal, and organizations skills. Instructor led classes covering various areas are designed to help our employees succeed including; career development, leadership/management development, business skills, IT systems and office automation, understanding complex changes in health care, process improvement and business intelligence skills. Programs are offered both on-site and with select off-site providers.
CDPHP Resource Center
To support the ongoing learning needs of our employees we have an expanding multimedia resource library to enhance organizational learning. The resource library provides self-directed learning opportunities with access to current books and journals on business and leadership skills, CD-ROM/DVD programs, local college information, and online access to resources to sustain employee career and professional development.
Performance and Talent Management System
The CDPHP online performance management resource fosters a performance-oriented culture. It automates every aspect of the employee appraisal process within our organization including getting the right documents to the right people at the right time. It provides employees with a personal page that shows each employee how their individual performance goals align and support the organization's strategy. Each employee has a personal performance journal to record achievements and other notes to support the performance appraisal process. You can establish learning and training objectives based on the skills, knowledge and abilities that must be enhanced or acquired for successful career progression.
Tuition Reimbursement
After only six months of service, you will be eligible to participate in our Tuition Reimbursement program that offers reimbursement for a maximum of two courses per semester. Reimbursement amount is based on final grade. CDPHP has corporate agreements with several local colleges to further lower tuition costs for our employees.
