Fitness for Pregnancy
Working out is a crucial part of a healthy pregnancy and a faster postpartum recovery. This prenatal exercise program includes a variety of balance, strength, and flexibility exercises using breathing techniques, stability ball, light dumbbells, and a mat. This is a six part program.
