Aquarobics
Stretching, flexibility, and balance exercises (similar to Pilates) in the shallow end of the pool with a YMCA instructor. Routines are choreographed to music. Ballet, jazz, and modern dance exercises are incorporated into the routines. This is a six-part program.

 

Basic Aerobics / BodyFirming w/ Free Weights
This class will teach you the basics of aerobic exercise and how to use free weights correctly.

 

Belly Dancing
Sample the magical movements and the ancient art of this beautiful and energizing dance. Through dancing, you release tension and relax into calmness and serenity. This is suitable for women of all ages and sizes. Wear loose and comfortable clothing - NO jeans. Bring something to wear around your hips.

 

Body Sculpting
This class will sculpt and strengthen your body's muscles, both upper and lower, including abs. It also incorporates core strengthening. You are encouraged to bring a mat.

 

Cardio Mix
Anything cardio goes! Step, kickboxing, high/low weights, and much more. This class will get your heart pumping and make you sweat. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

 

Chisel
Tone and strengthen your body with resistance bands, weights, the body bar, gliders, stability balls, and more. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

 

Co-Ed Self-Defense
Learn self-defense exercises to boost self-esteem, increase your ability to be assertive, and enhance your awareness of your surroundings.

 

Getting Fit in a Chair
Non-intimidating cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises that can be done at home while sitting in a chair. Perfect for all home while sitting in a chair. Perfect for all levels and those with physical limitations.

 

Movin' With Arthritis

 

Spinning
Get in the best shape of your life with this high-intensity workout using a stationary bicycle. This is a three-part program. Instructor, Irwin Rodriquez.

 

Strength Training for Weight Loss
Muscle strengthening and toning exercises for an all-over healthy body and trim lines.
