the wellness program. Appearance of any given wellness program on this Web site should not
be interpreted as a medical endorsement or certification by CDPHP, however. The health
benefits available to members through their CDPHP contract, which are administered separately,
continue to be based on medical necessity and scientifically proven standards of care.
