CDPHP Expands Farmers' Market to Clifton Park!

• CDPHP has expanded its Farmers’ Market to include an additional site at Clifton Park Center, Exit 9 in Clifton Park, NY. The market is held every Tuesday, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., starting Tuesday, June 9, through October 20. Learn more.
