Complete Member Transactions Online
Log in to Online Health™ using your member ID and password and perform one or more of these tasks at any hour of the day or night:
- Send CDPHP a secure message.
- Change your PCP or OB/GYN.
- Register a new address, phone number, or e-mail.
- Request an ID card.
- See your claims history (for yourself and any minor dependents).
- Read CDPHP policies, including referral and prior authorization guidelines.
- Check your progress towards meeting your deductible in the expense accumulator (an option for High Deductible PPO members only).
- View premiums (if you are a direct-pay member).
- Get details on the Complementary & Alternative Medicine (CAM) discount program.
- Update our record of any other health insurance you may have.
