Register online, or download the registration form, and fax it to (518) 641-3205. The deadline is Friday, February 12.
At the eForum noon luncheon on February 27, CDPHP will also induct two exemplary physicians into the CDPHP Physicians' Academy™.
Eric W. Spooner, MD, of Capital District Pediatric Cardiology, Albany, and Jeffrey M. Daly, MD, of Four Winds Psychiatric Services, PC, Saratoga Springs, were nominated by their peers and chosen by an esteemed panel of area judges for demonstrating best practices, mentoring, and providing and promoting high-quality patient care.
The Academy created in 2004 honors dedicated individuals who serve as role models to the growing CDPHP physician network and act as ambassadors in fostering the delivery of high value health care. Academy members work closely with CDPHP management to develop health-related initiatives within the CDPHP service area.
Congratulations to Drs. Spooner and Daly!
