Recognizing Excellence
Four years ago, CDPHP® created the CDPHP Physicians’ Academy™ in tribute to our network physicians. Developed to harness the energy and excellence within our provider network, the time-honored annual event recognizes special individuals who will serve as role models to our growing physician network, and act as ambassadors in fostering quality health and practice management.
Nominations for 2008
Physicians are urged to submit peer nominations for the 2008 Physicians’ Academy by Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Click here to obtain a nomination form. All nominations must be postmarked on or before September 2, 2008.
Physicians chosen for the Academy receive a plaque and a $1,000 honorarium to be used for training or education. An esteemed panel of judges reviews the nominations, and winners are recognized in November at a special dinner at the Fort Orange Club in Albany.
