CDPHP Product Innovation

Innovative Products and Services

In 2019, we continued to expand our array of innovative products and services to meet the full range of our customers’ health needs, regardless of their health status, age, economic situation, or health literacy level.

New Member Portal

The redesigned CDPHP online member account provides all the information members need to make the most of their benefits, allowing them to: search and view benefits; track claims status; get up-front financial information; select or update their primary care physician; order replacement ID cards; and pay bills. And now, with the My CDPHP app, they can do all that on the go using their mobile phone.

Find-A-Doc Search Tool

CDPHP’s newly enhanced Find-A-Doc app makes it easier than ever to find a doctor, hospital, lab, or pharmacy. Search results can be filtered to include only in-network or preferred service options in order to save money.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

This tool allows us to share more personalized, and therefore more relevant, information with our customers. These email journeys can now be customized based on the customer’s data, behavior, and/or level of engagement, allowing us to send individualized content to members when and how it makes the most sense for them.

Sales, Marketing, and Product Development

In 2019, we continued to develop and roll out market-leading products like the Triple Zero Plan that complements our small-group portfolio, along with our CoPay First and Embrace Health products. We continue to provide value to our customers by expanding data analytics and using that information to help members control costs.

Expanded Access to Virtual Care

Members across all of our products now have the convenient option of connecting with Doctor On Demand for health care consults, including for behavioral health services. The participating doctors are board-certified, seasoned, and highly rated clinicians who are skilled in taking your medical and/or mental health history, reviewing your symptoms, and recommending treatment. They can even write prescriptions for certain medications and order lab work if necessary.
