According to recent National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Health Plan Ratings, CDPHP has some of the top-rated commercial health plans in New York state, and we are also among the highest-rated health plans in the nation, as evidenced by the awards we have received. In addition, our company is considered one of the best employers in New York state.
The NCQA uses a scale of 1 to 5 to rate health plans, with 5 being the highest score and 1 being the lowest. The criteria for these ratings are based on patient experience, disease prevention efforts, and treatment quality, as well as NCQA Accreditation.
