CDPHP The Foundation. Established five years ago, our foundation is dedicated to supporting and promoting health, wellness, and education in our community. We provide funding to organizations that work to address health-related and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) issues affecting the communities we serve. In 2022, we were pleased to celebrate a milestone of $1 million raised on behalf of our community. The accompanying graphic details our efforts in 2022.

In 2022, CDPHP granted sponsorships totaling $1,642,079 to 234 organizations, positively impacting the place our members live and work. In addition, CDPHP provided direct support through volunteering, board service, collection drives, lunch-and-learn sessions, and other activities.
Community Engagement and Events
CDPHP actively seeks opportunities to interact with and support community members, and we also provide access to activities that promote wellness.
