Katie joined CDPHP in 2013 and currently serves as executive vice president, people and culture, and chief human resources officer for CDPHP and its subsidiaries. In this role, Katie leads a team of HR and facilities operations professionals committed to proactive employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and building maintenance, physical security, and mail and printing operations. She is also responsible for establishing a positive employee relations environment and providing counsel for all levels of management and staff.
Katie is a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional. She is a 2017 graduate of the Capital Region Chamber’s Leadership Tech Valley and a 2021 Albany Business Review 40 Under 40 honoree. Katie has served on boards or leadership committees for the American Red Cross, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Capital Roots, the Capital Region Workforce Development Board, and the HR Executive Roundtable.
A 2008 graduate of Bentley College in Waltham, MA, with a Bachelor of Science in marketing, Katie went on to earn her Master of Business Administration from Union Graduate College (now Clarkson University) in Schenectady, NY, in 2012.
