Lauren Grimshaw joined CDPHP in 2012 and currently serves as senior vice president of member health operations. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of a unified care management and utilization management program inclusive of behavioral health and physical health services. Lauren leads a team that is focused on enhancing the member experience of care and improving the health and wellbeing of those in our community.
Lauren has more than 15 years of experience in health care including direct practice as a licensed mental health and certified alcohol and substance abuse counselor.
A 2007 graduate of SUNY Oswego with a bachelor’s degree in communication, Lauren went on to earn a master of mental health counseling from SUNY Albany in 2009 and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from Clarkson University in 2022.
