As senior vice president, internal operations, Patti Lushkevich is responsible for member services, provider services, and claims operations. Lushkevich joined CDPHP in September 2000 and has held various leadership roles before being named to her current position in December of 2015.
She brings more than 25 years of experience in health care industry operations. Prior to joining CDPHP, Lushkevich worked for Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield for 10 years, holding multiple positions in management.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Management from Siena College.
