June 16 - Glens Falls Hospital Foundation - Superhero 5k

Run through the park dressed as your favorite superhero to support Amanda’s House at Glens Falls Hospital, a home away from home for patients and their families who need to travel for treatment.

June 16 - Rensselaerville Library - Rensselaerville Ramble Trail Run & Walk

Participants will see a historic race track, vernal ponds, a large lake, and waterfalls as they traverse the grassy and single-track woodlands trail.  All proceeds will go to the E.N. Huyck Preserve and Rensselaerville Library.

June 21 - Catholic Charities - Night at the Museum

The sixth annual Night at the Museum will feature gourmet food stations, drinks, desserts, and live music. Every year, Catholic Charities assists more than 80,000 individuals, offering help with basic needs, emergency assistance, housing, care for people with developmental disabilities, mental health services, senior services, and maternity services.

Free Classes at the Healthy Living Center

Visit the Healthy Living Center at the Hannaford in Albany to learn how you can take the first steps toward a healthier lifestyle.

The Healthy Living Center offers a variety of classes, programs, and workshops led by certified instructors, registered dietitians, and pharmacists from the YMCA, CDPHP, and Hannaford. Topics cover a wide range of areas, including fitness, nutrition, senior health, medication safety, disease management, and more. Membership is not required.
