Employer Shared-Responsibility Provision

Beginning in 2015, the ACA will require “applicable large employers” (those with 50 or more full-time equivalent employees) to either offer affordable group health insurance coverage that meets “minimum value” standards to their full-time employees or pay a fine. You can rest assured that all CDPHP plans meet minimum value standards and that you’ll have the support and guidance you need to help you comply with the ACA. Should you wish to customize a plan through us, you still have that flexibility.
