Eating for a Good Heart
Instructor: Capital Roots OPEN
Did you know that blueberries can increase brain longevity? That kiwi can prevent cancer and heart disease? Today increasing research on the power of food to treat or reverse disease is becoming a part of formal medical treatment. The types of food you eat and eating habits can help or hurt your overall health. In this class participants will learn about dietary patterns and groups of foods that work in combination to improve certain conditions. This class is not a quick fix or replacement for medicine but learning about new food choices and lifestyle changes can have a positive impact on your overall health and lifestyle, beneficial to both you and your loved ones.
