The American Rescue Plan is designed to lower health care costs by providing new and expanded financial assistance to New Yorkers enrolling in health insurance through NY State of Health.
This enhanced assistance is available to current and new enrollees, including to higher-income individuals for the first time.

If you are not enrolled in a plan through NY State of Health and never filled out an application.
Enhanced financial assistance is available now for those who make up to $51,040 per year for an individual, or up to $104,800 per year for a family of four. A CDPHP facilitated enroller can help you determine your eligibility and enroll.
If you earn more than $51,040 per year for an individual, or more than $104,800 per year for a family of four, these benefits will be available through NY State of Health starting in June. A CDPHP facilitated enroller will be able to help you determine your eligibility and enroll.
