As a CDPHP member, you have access to a variety of family planning and maternity benefits to support you through your pregnancy, and beyond. You can also take advantage of valuable programs and services to help you and your family live your healthiest lives:

nutrition

The right nutrition is important for your health and the health of your baby. With Zipongo, our nutrition app, you can get grocery deals at your favorite stores, healthy recipes, meal planners, and more.

Breastfeeding

Breastmilk is the perfect food for your baby and contains just the right amount of nutrients. Check out the Breastfeeding Support Guide for information about breast pumps, classes, and assistance.

pregnancy reimbursement

Get reimbursed for going to the gym. Eligible members can receive up to $400 for going to the gym, and their spouse can earn up to $200 – a total of $600 per family!

CafeWell

Participate in personalized healthy activities and challenges through CaféWell. Programs are tailored to your individual needs and goals, and focus on topics such as fitness, nutrition, mental health, step challenges, financial wellness, and more.

Maintaining a healthy weight is important during and after your pregnancy. You have access to a number of weight management resources including a reimbursement for meeting with a registered dietitian or taking part in a qualified weight loss program once your baby arrives.

Depression

Having a baby can be an emotional time. CDPHP is here to support your mental health needs, including help with postpartum depression. Call (518) 641-3600 if you need assistance or have an emergency.
