Accessing aptihealth

CDPHP members can quickly and easily enroll in aptihealth care at aptihealth.com/CDPHP or by calling the CDPHP Behavioral Health Access Center at 1-888-320-9584. Participating primary care providers, specialty physicians, and hospitals can also refer you to aptihealth.

aptihealth is available to CDPHP members* who are 5 years of age and older, a New York State resident, and possess an email address and video-enabled smartphone or computer.

Treatment beyond the 90-day care program

If you’d like to work with your aptihealth team beyond 90 days, you’ll seamlessly transition to aptihealth’s Extended Care Program and continue to work with your dedicated care team.

It’s easy to use aptihealth

All you need is a video-enabled smartphone, tablet or computer. Once you have registered, you can log in through the aptihealth mobile app or at aptihealth.com/CDPHP. Our web platform works best on Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
