CDPHP Ranks #1 in J.D. Power Member Satisfaction Study in New York, Three Years Running

ALBANY, N.Y. – May 9, 2019 – For the third consecutive year, CDPHP has ranked “#1 in Member Satisfaction among Commercial Health Plans in New York” in the J.D. Power 2019 Commercial Member Health Plan Study. The study measures member satisfaction among 146 health plans in 22 regions across the country.
