CDPHP today cut the ribbon to its newest location in Plattsburgh, NY. Here, shoppers can meet face-to-face with a CDPHP customer service representative, get answers to their health care questions, enroll in free or low-cost health insurance, schedule doctor and dentist appointments, receive insurance ID cards, and much more.
