Kate Schneider, Registered Dietitian and Child Nutrition Advocate, Set to Meet Fans, Sign Autographs in Clifton Park
CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. – CDPHP is excited to host a first-of-its-kind community health fair and open house at the so-called Doctor’s Office of the Future.
The medical facility, located along Route 9 in Clifton Park, recently opened its doors with state-of-the-art features such an on-site pharmacy and café, telemedicine pods, community room, valet parking, and much more!
The community will get a sneak peek inside the building while enjoying free music, food, health screenings, games, prizes, giveaways, and so much more.
Participants will also get a chance to meet Mrs. World, Kate Schneider, a registered dietitian and child nutrition advocate. Fans can have their photos taken with and autographs signed by the supermodel and health expert.
