Stay Healthy During Your Pregnancy with Free Wellness Classes
CDPHP offers free health and wellness classes to help you and your family stay healthy before, during, and after your pregnancy. Enjoy classes on activities such as prenatal Pilates, prenatal yoga, relaxation techniques, and more.

Additional classes, programs, and workshops can be found at the Healthy Living Center free of charge, presented by the Capital District YMCA, CDPHP, and Hannaford. If you have recently given birth and are experiencing postpartum depression or any of the issues listed above, support remains available to help you after you bring your baby home.
