New Verification Process

So that your information continues to be protected, we have implemented a new verification process on the secure provider site that requires you to complete a few simple steps before accessing your account.

What does this new verification process entail?

  • If you have 5 or fewer TINs, you are required to complete the verification process every 180 days to continue accessing your account.
  • When you log in to the secure site, a message indicating that you need to complete the verification process will display at the top.
  • The information we already have on file will be prepopulated.
  • You will need to verify your TINs by entering recent claim numbers or re-entering TIN and claim number combinations.
