Our 15-member board of directors, which includes eight physicians, works closely with CDPHP community members to deliver affordable, high-quality, and hassle-free health coverage. The CDPHP network has more than 10,000 providers and practitioners – and also offers access to thousands of top physicians across the country. To best meet the needs of our diverse membership, we offer the following product options:

  • Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc. (CDPHP®) – HMO, Healthy New York, Medicare Choices (HMO), Medicaid, Child Health Plus, and Family Health Plus
  • CDPHP Universal Benefits,® Inc. (CDPHP UBI) – Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), High Deductible PPO, Medicare Choices (PPO), Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO), and High Deductible EPO products
  • Capital District Physicians’ Healthcare Network, Inc. (CDPHN) – Administrative services organization (ASO) and self-insured plans
