Paid time off

Paid time off

Employees start accruing paid time off on their first day of work. Full-time, first-year employees can earn up to 22 universal leave days per year. That allowance grows based on years of service. Employees also receive ten paid holidays.

Employees and eligible family members are covered under CDPHP and Delta Dental insurance. As a CDPHP member, preventive care, vaccines, cancer screenings, and well-woman and well-baby care are covered in full.

CDPHP helps fund your health savings account (HSA) or health reimbursement account (HRA) each year. Employees may also contribute to their HSA through bi-weekly payroll deduction.

Starts on the first of the month following your date of hire. The CDPHP employer match is fully vested after three years.

Parental benefits

Parental benefits

CDPHP offers enhanced short-term disability. New parents may also be eligible for 12 weeks of NYS paid family leave (PFL). Full time employees qualify for a reimbursement up to $2,000 for adoption expenses.
