Use your card online, over the phone, or in person to buy eligible OTC products. Your spending amount will automatically reload each quarter, so you won’t need to do anything to keep enjoying your OTC benefit throughout the year. Be sure to spend your full amount each quarter, as unused funds don’t carry over.
Use your card at your dentist to pay for checkups, cleanings, fillings, dentures, and more with no worries about dental networks.

Register for your Benefits Pro Portal. Use your CDPHP member ID and be sure to include the two numbers after the space, often called the suffix. Once registered, you can:

Find OTC retail locations. Prefer to shop in person? Use the store locator to find national stores like Walgreens, Walmart, and Rite Aid, or more than 1,000 local independent locations.

Swipe your card at retail location checkouts or your dentist office to pay for eligible products and services. After you swipe, be sure to select the credit option on the card machine. If you select debit, your purchase will be declined.

Where can I find my member ID number?
It can be found on the front of your CDPHP member ID card.
How do I know how much I have available to spend?
The amount depends on your benefit plan. Check your plan documents, CDPHP online member account, visit cdphp.nationsbenefits.com, or call 1-877-200-3449 to find out your amount.
Can I use my card to buy food, pay bills, or pay for dental services for other family members?
Your prepaid Benefits Mastercard can only be used to pay for eligible dental and OTC products and services for yourself.
If my purchase goes over the amount I have available, will my card subtract money from my other benefits?
Your OTC and dental benefit dollar amounts are loaded as two separate categories on your prepaid Benefits Mastercard. Your OTC benefit will only work for OTC products and your dental benefit will only work for dental services. If your OTC purchase is more than what you have available, you can pay the rest with another form of payment like a credit card.
What if my prepaid Benefits Mastercard gets declined at my dentist office and I need to pay for services myself?
Be sure to get a receipt for your dental services when you pay. Then you can submit for reimbursement to get back the money you spent up to the maximum benefit amount allowed by your plan. The quickest and easiest way to submit is through your Benefits Pro Portal.
Will my prepaid Benefits Mastercard show up on my credit report or affect my credit rating?
No, CDPHP does not run credit reports or send your information to any credit bureaus. Your card is issued as part of your health plan to give you easy access to your benefits.
