Leadership: Appointment of Dr. Martin Stallone
In 2025, CDPHP strengthened its clinical leadership with the appointment of Martin Stallone, M.D., as Executive Vice President and Chief Healthcare Services Officer, effective December 1, 2025.
Dr. Stallone brings decades of leadership experience across upstate New York health systems and will oversee key areas including provider networks, quality programs, and member care management. His role is central to advancing the CDPHP strategy to better align providers, insurers, and care delivery systems – enhancing access, improving outcomes, and managing costs.
This appointment reflects the CDPHP commitment to physician-led innovation and deeper integration across the healthcare ecosystem.
