CDPHP and its affiliates have experienced relatively stable enrollment numbers over the past five years, with slight fluctuations across their various lines of business. From 2020 to 2024, total enrollment ranged from a low of 378,383 in 2023 to a high of 397,573 in 2022. The core CDPHP plan, which includes state programs, Medicare HMO, and Healthy New York, grew from 242,817 members in 2020 to 253,854 in 2024, with a peak in 2022. Enrollment in CDPHPN declined from 57,580 in 2020 to 44,877 in 2023 but rebounded modestly to 46,354 in 2024. Meanwhile, CDPHP UBI enrollment remained relatively consistent, ending 2024 with 85,874 members, close to its 2020 figure of 87,551.
