Mental Health & Substance Use

Here for you, when you need us most.

Your emotional health is just as important as your physical health. That’s why we offer a variety of resources to support all of your mental health care needs. Whether you’re struggling with the loss of a loved one, coping with anxiety or depression, or need help with an addiction, CDPHP is here for you.

After-Hours Crisis Hotline 1-888-320-9584

As a CDPHP member, you have access to licensed mental health professionals who can offer emotional support, crisis de-escalation, and assistance in connecting with providers and resources, free of charge. You can call this number on evenings and weekends, and will be transferred to a live, licensed mental health professional.

Behavioral Health Access Center

It can be tough to ask for help, and you may not know where to turn. If you’re ready to take the first step, we’re here for you. Our Behavioral Health Access Center is made up of a team of mental health care experts who understand what you’re going through and can point you in the right direction.

Give us a call at 1-888-320-9584 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you need help afterhours, or if this is an emergency, simply call the number above and press “1” to be connected with our crisis line.

Local, In-Person Care

To get care in-person, CDPHP partners with the area’s preeminent psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, therapists, and other mental health care experts for all of your mental health and substance use disorder needs. If you’re ready to meet with a local professional, use Find-A-Doc to locate a provider near you. If you need some help selecting a provider that’s right for you, just give us a call at 1-888-320-9584.

Virtual Mental Health Care

Your mental health care needs don’t always happen during business hours, and it’s not always easy to get to a doctor’s office. That’s why we partner with some of the nation’s best virtual mental health care providers, many of whom are available 24/7!*
